Q: Does it really matter how cutting sheets are stored?
A: More than most people expect. Sheets stacked flat trap moisture between the layers, so a sheet that was washed properly does not stay clean. Standing them apart lets them drain and dry.
Q: Does a holder help with color separation too?
A: Yes, and that is the part people miss. With every color visible and separated, reaching for the wrong one becomes obvious. In a drawer, it is not.
Q: Which size holder fits my sheets?
A: The 49 x 49cm holder is for sheets from 32.5 x 53 up to 40 x 60. The 29 x 49cm holder is for 30 x 50 sheets. They are not adjustable, so match the holder to the sheets you already own.
Q: What if my sheets are smaller than that?
A: Profboard make three sheet holders in total and none is specified for the 30 x 40 or 24 x 34 sheets. Check with us before ordering rather than assuming one will fit.
Q: Do I have to mount it on a wall?
A: No. There is a table-top version that stands on the counter, which suits islands, mobile stations, or any wall you would rather not drill into. This listing covers the two wall-mounted sizes.
